
My name is Brian, and I’m a 27 year old guy living in Seattle, Washington. I used to live a relatively sedentary, aimless life until early 2009, when I hit 288.8 pounds and I made a decision to do something about it. Over the next 13 months, I found a love for fitness, exercise, nutrition and running, lost 100 pounds, and gained an incredible new sense of confidence in myself and everyone’s ability to change their life for the better.
I created this blog to follow my new, changed healthy lifestyle and in the hopes of helping people realize their potential.
